Le Blanc Spa Resorts is the adults-only, all-inclusive brand of The Palace Company, the Mexican group the register holds as LHL-444. It is the top of a family’s range rather than a house in its own right.
Position
The Palace Company grew out of Cancún development in the 1970s and Beach Palace in 1984, under LHL-P-373 José Antonio Chapur Zahoul. Le Blanc is the line it built at the top of that range: adults only, all-inclusive, and priced above the family resorts beside it.
The interesting fact about this brand is structural, not architectural. An all-inclusive house is usually read as a volume business; Le Blanc is the case of a volume operator building a small, expensive line inside its own estate rather than buying one.
Why the Library holds it
Two written people entries — LHL-P-373 and LHL-P-374 Gibrán Chapur — name this brand as part of what they built and run. Without a page it was a code they pointed at.
The parent is held as capital: LHL-444 The Palace Company, which also owns Baglioni Hotels outright since October 2023 — a Mexican all-inclusive group holding an Italian city-hotel house, and the reason the Library noticed this family at all.
