Hotel Leelaventure's completion announcement records the sale to Brookfield affiliates of hotel undertakings in Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai and Udaipur, together with the hotel operations business and an Agra development subsidiary. Consideration was received on 16 October 2019. This identifies a completed transaction involving specified businesses, rather than an undifferentiated acquisition of every hotel bearing the Leela name. [2]

The company's investor material distinguishes owned hotels, properties managed under hotel management agreements, and a franchise arrangement. These categories explain how a common hospitality identity can extend beyond directly owned buildings. The 2024–25 annual report records the listing of the company's shares on the Indian exchanges on 2 June 2025. The subsequent name change aligned the corporate title with the hospitality identity. ⚑ Schloss Bangalore is retained as the source-list cross-reference, but it is no longer the company's current legal name. The corporate entity should also remain distinct from Hotel Leelaventure and from individual hotel owners.
