Espinas Hotel Group presents an Iranian hospitality network with two distinct Tehran hotels and a leisure property at Astara. The difference between them is central to its identity. A shared name covers a downtown base, a monumental northern-city hotel and a setting beside the Estil lagoon, each arranging the guest's relationship with its surroundings differently. [1–3]
2 · THE BOULEVARD HOTEL
Espinas International occupies a Keshavarz Boulevard address in central Tehran. Its published offer combines rooms and suites with restaurants, meeting space, a pool and wellness facilities. The hotel works as an urban base whose usefulness depends on several kinds of visit: overnight accommodation, a meal, a meeting or an event can bring people into the same building. [1]
3 · A LARGER STAGE
Espinas Palace, in Saadat Abad, places more emphasis on arrival and public interiors. Its own presentation connects a substantial lobby with dining, conference facilities and the Tehran Royal Hall. Those uses explain the hotel's role beyond its bedrooms: hospitality includes assembling an audience and hosting an occasion, as well as providing privacy for an individual guest. [2]
4 · BESIDE THE LAGOON
Astara introduces another rhythm. The property's account places rooms, restaurants and recreational facilities beside the Estil lagoon, with gardens, boating and outdoor space among its attractions. This gives the group a leisure setting beyond Tehran. The common brand travels through service and presentation, while the landscape changes the activities around which a stay is organised. [3]

⚑ Espinas Royal is a development project, not a fourth operating hotel established by these sources: the group's navigation labels it for 2028. Nor should it be confused with the Palace's Tehran Royal Hall.
