DHOM Collection is a four-property cluster in Cortina d’Ampezzo — Grand Hotel Savoia, Lajadira and Grand Hotel Ampezzo among them — assembled in one mountain town rather than across a country.
Position
Most collections in this volume are assembled by geography of taste: houses in different places that share a manner. DHOM is assembled by place — four houses in one valley, competing with each other for the same season and held by the same company.
That is a different kind of collection and worth recording as such: the risk it takes is concentration, and the thing it can do that a scattered collection cannot is move staff, guests and seasons between its houses.
The people
LHL-P-378 Rosanna Conti led Grand Hotel Savoia and Savoia Palace for more than fifteen years through ownership, management and brand changes, and in 2025 was chosen to lead the cluster and the redevelopment of Grand Hotel Ampezzo.
LHL-P-375 Lucio Boni, an architect of the Dolomites and the Veneto, carried out the long expansion and interior renewal of Lajadira and the first architectural concept for the reborn Grand Hotel Ampezzo.
Both entries were written before this one, and both pointed at a code with no page.

The register holds LHL-H-798 and the other Cortina houses unevenly: not every property named here has a house code, and the fourth of the four is not named in the register at all.
