Foundations and Groundwater
Variable subsurface conditions and a multilevel garage required several foundation approaches and groundwater controls. The tower’s construction depended on engineering responses to the site’s particular conditions. [6]
Living Shoreline
GZA designed a living shoreline using native salt-marsh and coastal-bank plant species. The waterfront was consequently treated as an ecological edge as well as a visual amenity. [6]
