Pulse Hotels & Resorts was established in 2015 as a subsidiary of Deep Blue Private Limited. Its Maldivian portfolio develops several different answers to island hospitality under distinct names. The Nautilus, Kandima, Nova and Eri are connected by the company behind them, while their accommodation, pace and intended experiences differ substantially. [1]

2 · PRIVACY AT THE NAUTILUS

The Nautilus makes a small collection of beach and ocean houses the basis of a highly individual stay. Its published dining model removes fixed opening and closing times and offers meals around the guest's wishes. The operating challenge is flexibility: a private-house atmosphere depends on a service organisation able to respond without a single shared timetable. [2]

3 · OTHER ISLAND RHYTHMS

Pulse presents Kandima around active holidays, varied dining and entertainment, while Nova emphasises an all-inclusive community experience. These are different social arrangements, not simply smaller versions of The Nautilus. One group can develop a place for collective activity and another for privacy, provided each island's facilities and staffing support the particular promise being made. [1]

4 · ERI RECEIVES GUESTS

Eri's own announcement of 14 January 2026 confirms that it had opened in North Malé Atoll. The offer combines beach and upper-level studios with villas, dining plans, diving and wellness. Its speedboat connection to the airport also distinguishes the arrival experience from resorts requiring a seaplane. This is an operating addition supported by a dated opening statement. [3]

5 · ⚑ CANDOUR

⚑ Pulse's current website schedules Aura Maldives for the first quarter of 2027, superseding the earlier 2026 expectation in the source list. It remains a future project here. A portfolio containing announced brands and residential developments should not be counted as an equal number of operating resorts, and environmental positioning is not treated as independent certification.
