Kuwait Airways

Kuwait Airways keeps a cabin above Business Class and confines it to a single aircraft type. The airline states that its Royal Class is only available on the Boeing 777 it calls its flagship, and it explains that cabin through privacy rather than through a bed. The service opens with coffee and dates offered on boarding. A First Class is named beside Royal Class in the same account, so the premium hierarchy has more than one step. [1]

1 · POSITION

Kuwait Airways keeps a cabin above Business Class and confines it to a single aircraft type. The airline states that its Royal Class is only available on the Boeing 777 it calls its flagship, and it explains that cabin through privacy rather than through a bed. The service opens with coffee and dates offered on boarding. A First Class is named beside Royal Class in the same account, so the premium hierarchy has more than one step. [1]

2 · WHAT IS SERVED AND WHERE

Beyond the welcome, the airline describes a choice of global cuisines in its premier cabin and entertainment options it presents as tailored to the passenger. In Business Class it states that lie-flat options permit comfort and relaxation during the flight. Economy is described in terms of space between seats and alongside the passenger, with food and entertainment treated as customisable. A Premium Economy seat with extra legroom is offered on the same Boeing 777. [1]

3 · TWO LOUNGES, TWO DOORS

The ground offer is divided along the same line as the cabin. Royal and First Class passengers are directed to the airline’s Elite lounge. First and Business Class passengers are directed to the Bayan Lounge. Both rooms are named in the airline’s own account of its products, so the order of the cabins is repeated before departure. No facilities, areas, designers or opening dates are given for either room on that page. [1]

4 · A CAR BEFORE THE AIRPORT

A limousine service is offered in Kuwait only, to Royal, First and Business Class passengers travelling on the airline’s own flights. It must be booked through the airline’s website or mobile application, a minimum of 24 hours before departure, and at any time before arrival. Pick-up from home is set at a minimum of three hours before departure time. The waiting time after the driver’s arrival is fifteen minutes only. [2]

5 · ⚑ CANDOUR

⚑ Lie-flat options is the airline’s own wording and does not establish a flat bed in every Business Class seat or on every aircraft. Neither page used carries a date, so no part of this entry can be placed in time and no change over time can be traced. The limousine is a Kuwait service and does not extend to the network. Award winning, applied to the Premium Economy seat, is a claim of the airline’s. Nothing fetched addresses the register’s founding year of 1953. [1–2]
